Kannur: Senior CPM leader M V Jayarajan made it clear that Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan has already addressed the party's stance on the issue of E P Jayarajan meeting BJP leader Prakash Javadekar. 

By terming the reports of EP joining the BJP camp as fabricated, Jayarajan opined that the LDF convenor's recent admission does not have any effect on election results. 

He stated that there is no point in comparing ED's admission with that of the issue of Congressmen joining the BJP. The LDF candidate in Kannur, Jayarajan, stated that the UDF is using the issue for political advantage to cover up the fact that its leaders are defecting to the BJP.
