Thiruvananthapuram: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has reportedly included people who came from other parties in its list of office bearers. Victor T Thomas, who had quit the UDF and joined the BJP in Pathanamthitta, has been made a member of the party’s national council.
Leaders namely VP Padmanabhan (Kozhikode) and Palode Santhosh (Thiruvananthapuram) have been made the party’s state spokespersons. Ettumanoor Radhakrishnan, Manoj Kumar, K Padmanabhan, Augustine Kolenchery, NK Sashi, Kizhakkanela Sudhakaran, Dr Athiyanoor Sreekumar and Vilavoorkal Unni have been appointed state committee members.
Further, 11 others were included in the state council. Biju B Nair and PL Babu were announced secretaries of Thiruvananthapuram and Ernakulam sectors, respectively.
