Thiruvananthapuram: Prior to the visit of Kerala ministers to Europe, minister Mohammad Riyas will visit Paris for a programme relating to tourism promotion. His trip to the French capital is scheduled for September 19.

Meanwhile, chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan and education minister V Sivankutty, along with officials, have scheduled trips to Norway and Finland to study the educational system. Ministers P Rajeev and KN Balagopal will visit Britain for attracting investments to the state.

Minister Balagopal said the visits will be useful for the state. The final dates are yet to be decided as they are awaiting approval of the union government.
