Thiruvananthapuram: In accordance with an instruction given by the Governor, Joint Secretary K Biju has issued an order for executing mass transfer of deputy collectors in the state. 

In the order it is mentioned that the transfers are being made as per the Election Commision. A list of 92 members have come out at the moment.
