Pathanamthitta: A radiologist was arrested for secretly filming a girl who had undergone a scanning at a diagnostic centre in Adoor here on Sunday. The accused is identified as Ranjith, a Kadakkal native who works as a radiologist in a private lab near Adoor Hospital Junction.
A few days back, the girl, a native of Ezhamkulam reached the lab for an MRI scan. The girl found that Ranjith was filming her visuals using his mobile phone when she was changing her clothes for the scanning.
The girl also managed to snatch the phone from the accused on the spot and deleted the visuals. Following this, a complaint was lodged before the police, and his arrest was recorded by night.
After examining the phone, police said that accused had similarly filmed visuals of other people who visited the lab.
