Kochi: The postmortem report of Anannyah Kumari Alex revealed that unhealed wounds were present on her private parts.The report which is handed over to the police ruled out any foul play in her death and confirmed that she committed suicide.
A team headed by the forensic department chief of Ernakulam Medical College prepared the postmortem report. The team handed over the report to police on Saturday.
Police will record the statement of the doctors to clarify if there were any lapses from the side of the plastic surgeon of the private hospital in Kochi who carried out the SRS surgery of Anannyah.
It is reported that police will visit Kalamassery medical college on Monday to discuss the report with doctors. Dr Arjun who performed Anannyah’s surgery will be interrogated on the same day.
Anannyah’s partner Jiju Raj found her dead at the flat in Edapally on Tuesday. Police had recorded his statement. Three days after Anannyah's death, Jiju was also found dead.
