Kochi: Muhammad Shuhaib, owner and CEO of MS Solutions, a private tuition centre connected to the leaking of a question paper, has surrendered. Shuhaib, first accused in the case, appeared before the Crime Branch office in Kozhikode on Thursday.

On Thursday, the Kerala High Court rejected Shuhaib's anticipatory bail plea. Following this, he presented himself to the Crime Branch and surrendered.

The day before, the court had prevented his arrest. After this, Shuhaib directly appeared before the investigating officers for interrogation.

The investigation team had earlier arrested Abdul Nazar from Malappuram, a peon at an unaided school, in connection with the question paper leak. It is said that Nazar stole the question paper and handed it over to Fahad, a teacher at MS Solutions.

The investigation team clarified that Fahad had been releasing the leaked questions through his YouTube channel. Earlier, the Crime Branch had arrested Fahad in connection with this case.
