The Kerala State Beverages Corporation is preparing to launch liquor home delivery within 10 days via a new mobile app. The project awaits final government approval and will involve strict age verification

Kerala State Beverages Corporation (BEVCO) is preparing to launch a mobile application for home delivery of liquor within 10 days, subject to government approval.
BEVCO managing director Harshitha A Talluri said the service would commence once the state gives the green signal. The delivery partner will be selected through a tender process, with the lowest bidder winning the contract. Potential partners could include Supplyco, Swiggy or Zomato.
Delivery agents will be required to verify the recipient’s age before handing over the order. BEVCO is developing a dedicated app for the service, aimed at reducing queues at liquor outlets.
The project will only proceed if the government grants approval at any time.
