How to claim the prize
Winners must first verify their ticket with the official result list before submitting a claim. The original ticket should be signed on the reverse side and the claim must be filed within 30 days from the date of the draw.

- Original winning lottery ticket
- Self-attested photocopy of the ticket
- PAN card copy
- Government-issued photo identity proof
- Passport-size photographs
- Completed prize claim application
- Revenue stamp, wherever applicable
- Bank account details
Winners of prizes up to ₹1 lakh can claim their amount at the respective District Lottery Office. Those winning more than ₹1 lakh must submit their claim to the Director of State Lotteries, Thiruvananthapuram, along with all required documents.
