• Download the Official PDF: Access the official Samrudhi SM-75 result PDF from the Kerala State Lotteries official website.
• Match Numbers: Cross-check your full ticket number (series letter + 6 digits) against the published winning list for each prize tier.
• Official Gazette Verification: Re-verify the results against the official Kerala Government Gazette notification.
• Discrepancies: In case of any doubt or technical issue, present your physical ticket at the nearest district lottery office for manual verification.

• 30-Day Limit: All claims must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date of the draw.
• Above ₹5,000: Higher prize amounts must be claimed directly from the Directorate of Kerala State Lotteries at Gorky Bhavan, Bakery Junction, Thiruvananthapuram, or through nationalized/scheduled banks.
• ₹5,000 or Below: Can be collected directly in cash or bank transfer from any authorized Kerala State Lottery retailer across the state.

• Winning Ticket: Original winning ticket intact and undamaged, signed on the reverse side by the winner.
• Ticket Photocopy: Self-attested photocopy of both the front and back of the winning ticket.
• Identity Proof: Valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Passport, Driver’s Licence, Voter ID, or Aadhaar card).
• PAN Card: Self-attested copy of your Permanent Account Number (PAN) card for TDS tax deduction (30% + surcharge).
• Attested Photographs: Two recent passport-sized photographs attested by a Gazetted Officer.
• Claim Form: Official Kerala Lottery claim application form with a ₹1 revenue stamp affixed over the signature.
