Once the draw concludes, ticket holders can verify their results by following these steps:

• Download the official Samrudhi SM-76 result PDF from the Kerala Lottery website.
• Match the full ticket number with the published list of winning numbers.
• Cross-check the result with the notification published in the Kerala Government Gazette.
• If there are any doubts or discrepancies, visit the nearest Kerala Lottery office for verification.

Winners must submit their prize claims within 30 days of the draw date.

Prize amounts exceeding ₹5,000 must be claimed directly from the Directorate of Kerala State Lotteries at Gorky Bhavan, Thiruvananthapuram. Prizes of ₹5,000 or less can be collected from any authorised lottery retailer in Kerala.

To claim the prize amount, winners must submit the following documents:

• The original winning ticket in good condition, signed by the winner on the reverse side.
• A self-attested photocopy of both sides of the winning ticket.
• A self-attested copy of the PAN card.
• Two recent passport-size photographs attested by a gazetted officer.
• A valid government-issued photo ID, such as an Aadhaar card, Voter ID, passport or driving licence.
• A duly completed prize claim form with a ₹1 revenue stamp affixed.
