KITE CEO K. Anvar Sadath informed that schools will continue to issue TCs through the Sampoorna Portal

Thiruvananthapuram: The student headcount taken on the sixth working day of the new academic year was completed on Tuesday. The count of students of 10 schools where the Education Department had declared a holiday due to heavy rains will be completed in the coming days. The Directorate of General Education clarified that the final results on the portal will be frozen to accurately calculate the required posts.
Meanwhile, some complaints allege that the transfer certificate of children was not provided on the sixth working day, which is the basis for deciding the post. KPSTA President K. Abdulmajeed alleged that this act was because of the high-level authority's intervention to eliminate the teaching post.
However, the authorities have explained that there is no need to worry about this. KITE CEO K. Anvar Sadath informed that schools will continue to issue TCs through the Sampoorna Portal.
In response to past instances of manipulation, the Education Department will closely monitor the issuance of transfer certificates and Aadhaar before and after the sixth working day. The comprehensive information on the children admitted to each school will also be verified again in January.
