‘Diversity space’ in Kochi

Infopark is launching a co-working space designed to create a comfortable work environment for individuals facing challenges due to neurodevelopmental disorders. Named ‘I’, this will be the first neurodiversity-focused co-working space in India.

Model from Kochi to be replicated

The co-working space is being set up from the third to the ninth floor of the South Metro Station building, which has been taken on lease. It will have facilities to accommodate more than 500 individuals. Construction is currently in its final stages.

Infopark also plans to expand such co-working spaces to other parts of the state. The concept of 'I' is being developed following global models. It has been thoughtfully designed, especially considering individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Dyslexia, Tourette Syndrome and similar conditions.

What is a co-working space?

A co-working space is essentially a shared working environment with all the necessary facilities for professional tasks. Companies can lease workspaces here based on the number of employees. These spaces promote inclusivity and flexibility while supporting diverse workforces.
