New Delhi: The IndiGo airlines has reportedly banned CPM central committee member EP Jayarajan and two Youth Congress workers, who staged a protest against chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan inside a flight, from using the service of the airlines.
The ban is up to three weeks for travelling in international as well as domestic flights of IndiGo.

Jayarajan said that he hasn't received any information on the ban.
Farzeen and Naveen Kumar, the YC workers, will also face a travel ban of two weeks for violating the rules of the airlines. EP is banned as he had pushed the protestors away inside the flight accusing they were heading towards the CM.
On June 13, three Youth Congress workers boarded the IndiGo 6E flight from Kannur to Thiruvananthapuram. When the flight landed, they raised slogans against chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan who was on board demanding his resignation over the allegations raised by gold smuggling accused Swapna Suresh. Two of the protestors were soon taken to police custody and later remanded by a local court. They are charged with attempt to murder and several other sections of IPC and aviation laws.
