Kottiyoor: ‘Ilaneer veppu’, one of the main events of the Kottiyoor temple festival will be held on Wednesday night. Devotees from all parts of the state have begun coming to Kottiyoor to offer coconut water to the Lord.

Thiruvonam aaradhana, the first of the four aradhanas will also be held on Wednesday. Ponnishiveli and aradhana sadhya will be held this afternoon. The temple witnessed a huge crowd of devotees on Tuesday as well.

‘Ilaneerattam’ will be held on Thursday night using the coconut water offered by the devotees.
