Kalady: A Ernakulam man is an ordeal after two history-sheeters stole his car.

Anoop, a Kalady native, is forced to answer the authorities due to the acts done using his stolen car.

On May 25, two eloped with Anoop's Innova car from Mattoor. According to a complaint lodged by Anoop, Perumbavoor natives Noufal and Azad stole his car, whom he befriended some while ago.

"We met near my office at a tea cafe. I later made friends with both of them. On May 25, while the three of us were driving to a tea shop near the airport in my car, the cops pulled us over for an inspection. I got down from the vehicle and the officers asked to park the vehicle onto the side to avoid traffic congestion. Instead of parking on the side, they drove my car past the police and eloped. I just found out afterwards that both of these men were history-sheeters," he claimed.

On June 28, the stolen car was repaired at a shop in Kothamangalam for Rs 25,000. However, the person who brought the car in for maintenance eloped before paying the bill. Furthermore, after filling the full tank of petrol at a fuel station in Malappuram, the person fled without paying.
