Thiruvananthapuram: With the State government entering a fourth year, Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan on Friday will release the progress report for the last three years. 

Last month, the annual celebrations could not be organised due to the existence of the Election Code of Conduct. 

The progress report will contain details of the projects implemented in each department and the percentage of completion since the government came to power.
