The Global Ayyappa Summit at Pamba on Saturday will host 3,000 delegates in a German-built pavilion with world-class facilities, officials said.

Sabarimala: Preparations for the Global Ayyappa Summit to be held in Pamba on Saturday are nearing completion, with a German pavilion capable of seating 3,000 people in its final stages of construction, officials said.
The 38,500-square-foot pavilion will be air-conditioned and include a green room, media room and VIP lounge. A separate seminar hall with a capacity of 500 has also been set up. Food facilities for delegates will be arranged on the hilltop. Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan will inaugurate the event.
Clean-up work has been carried out along the Pamba sandbank and river, with accumulated waste removed. The service road behind the public toilets has been renovated, and potholes along the Chalakkayam–Pamba road have been repaired.
Organisers said a screening process was introduced to finalise delegates after registrations crossed 5,000. A total of 3,000 delegates will take part in the Summit.
