Kochi: In an unexpected turn of events, Exalogic Consulting Company in Dubai has asserted that their organization has no affiliation with the now defunct IT firm Exalogic Solutions, owned by Veena Vijayan, daughter of Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan. Furthermore, they have stated that they have not engaged in any business dealings with companies SNC Lavalin and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).
The co-founders of Exalogic Consulting Company, Sasoon Sadique and Naveen Kumar, clarified that neither Veena Vijayan nor M Suneesh hold any positions within their company or are on their payroll.
"Our headquarters are located in London, with our Indian operations based in Bengaluru. We have three offices in the UAE, with the first one established in Sharjah. Exalogic Solutions does not have any presence in the UAE. We have not entered into any contracts with the government," they said during a press conference on Thursday.
They also revealed that they have been aware of the controversy surrounding their organization for the past six months. However, they have stated that they are currently not considering taking legal action.
"The Bengaluru office is still operational. Our company was established in Sharjah in 2013 and currently operates in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the UK, and India. We employ approximately 400 individuals," they added.
Earlier, BJP leader Shaun George had alleged that significant black money transactions worth crores had occurred in a bank account in Abu Dhabi linked to Veena Vijayan's firm. He further claimed that the account was held at the Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank with the address of Exalogic Consulting, Media City, UAE.
