Thiruvananthapuram: Apparently giving in to the pressure from the party, E P Jayarajan is finally taking legal action against controversial political broker T G Nandakumar and BJP leader Sobha Surendran. The CPM leadership has reportedly directed Jayarajan to sue the duo as it was the only way to save the lost image.

Although the CPM publicly has not taken any action against Jayarajan, it has directed him to send at least a legal notice against the two in order to give credibility to Jayarajan’s stance. A case will be registered against ‘Dallal’ Nandakumar and a legal notice will be sent to Sobha Surendran.

Jayarajan faced severe criticism from all corners for his remarks over his controversial meeting with BJP Kerala in-charge Prakash Javadekar on the poll day, putting the party leadership in great pressure to take disciplinary action against him. Even the LDF ally CPI has taken strong exception to the same publicly.

Meanwhile, T G Nandakumar challenged Jayarajan to take legal action against him. ‘Dallal’ Nandakumar also held that he would appreciate it if Jayarajan would file a complaint of criminal conspiracy against him.
