Chinnakanal: The front side and the kitchen of a house was destroyed In yet another incident of elephant attack in the region.

‘Chakkakomban’ is suspected to be the culprit in the latest attack. The attack was reported in the 301 colony in Chinnakanal on Sunday evening. Further danger was averted since house owner Njanajyothi Ammal and her daughter were away from home during the time of the attack. 

This is the first incident of elephant attack being reported from the region after rogue tusker ‘Arikomban’ was shifted from the area.
