The woman who fell unconscious was rushed to a hospital.

Thiruvananthapuram: A young woman was allegedly pushed out of a general compartment of a moving train near Varkala on Sunday. The incident occurred on board the Kerala Express, which was travelling towards Thiruvananthapuram.
According to initial reports, the miscreant, identified as Suresh Kumar, had entered the general compartment and allegedly pushed the woman off the train near the Ayanthi area of Varkala. The man, a native of Panachamoodu in Thiruvananthapuram, was apparently drunk.
The woman, also hailing from Thiruvananthapuram, fell from the moving train, sustained serious injuries, and lost consciousness. She was rushed to a hospital in Varkala for treatment and later shifted to the Thiruvananthapuram Medical College Hospital for advanced care.
As per ticket details women had boarded the train from Aluva.
Meanwhile, the miscreant was later taken into custody by the Railway Police from Kochuveli.
A detailed probe has been launched into the incident.
