Thiruvananthapuram: Congress leader Oommen Chandy said that the secular people in Kerala were shocked after RSS ideologue R Balashankar revealed about the deal between RSS and CPM.

An RSS leader who came to contest the polls with the knowledge of prime minister Narendra Modi and Amit Shah was removed from candidate list and this shows the strength of the bonding between BJP and CPM, Oommen Chandy said.

They have made the deal of offering continuity of government for CPM and a few seats for BJP. Their agenda is a shocking news for minorities and secular people. BJP spokesperson B Gopalakrishnan had revealed that Congress is their major opponent and they should be defeated in Kerala, Oommen Chandy said.

RSS leader T G Mohandas wrote in Kesari magazine that CPM workers should join hands with Sangh Parivar to fight Muslim-Christian terror groups. More stories of the connection between CPM and BJP will come to light gradually, Oommen Chandy added.
