Thiruvananthapuram: Director Balachandra Kumar stated that the anticipatory bail granted to Dileep will be a challenge for the investigation officers of the conspiracy case. Kumar had raised serious allegations against Dileep in relation to the conspiracy case charged against the actor. 

He alleged that the delay of bail procedures in the High Court has facilitated the accused to tamper with evidence.

The presence of the accused outside the jail is a matter of concern as he is a powerful person. It may affect the case, pointed out Kumar.

He also added that he would go on in accordance with the directions of the investigation officers as he is a witness in the conspiracy case. 

Kumar said that the purported audio clips released by the defendant were a part of his friendly conversation with Dileep. As a producer, he had to discuss financial matters with the actor.

Balachandra Kumar stated that the audio clips clearly indicate that he never threatened Dileep. He also added that the cheating case filed by Dileep against him is a fabricated one.
