Thiruvananthapuram: The Thiruvananthapuram Chief Judicial Magistrate Court has ordered Central Bureau Of Investigation (CBI) to probe further with regard to the Jesna James missing case.

Earlier the CBI had filed a closure report citing lack of evidence.

Alleging that the national agency has not conducted a proper investigation, Jesna's father had submitted a few evidences in a sealed format before the court, which has now ordered further probe in his favour. The sealed envelope had a pendrive with numerous photographs that hinted on a few clues that would need proper investigation.

While speaking to Mathrubhumi News, Jesna’s father James said that the evidence provided will be beneficial for further investigation and that he will cooperate with the investigation agency. However due to legal complications, he refrained from disclosing the evidence that he has submitted.

Earlier James had claimed that the blood stains found on Jesna's clothes and the identity of her unknown friend were not properly looked into by the probing agency. He also had mentioned that the agency did not conduct an investigation at the prayer centre which Jesna regularly visited on Thursdays.
