Suspension orders have been officially issued against them by the Speaker

Thiruvananthapuram: In a strict move amid Assembly turmoil, the Speaker has suspended three Opposition MLAs. The suspended MLAs are Roji M John (Angamaly), Saneesh Kumar Joseph (Chalakudy) and M Vincent (Kovalam), the Speaker announced. They were suspended for allegedly manhandling the watch and ward staff.
MB Rajesh had moved a motion pointing out that Opposition MLAs had repeatedly attacked the watch and ward staff and engaged in actions and disruptions unbecoming of Assembly proceedings.
The motion to suspend the MLAs was presented by Parliamentary Affairs Minister MB Rajesh. Following this, the Speaker announced the suspension of the three MLAs.
The Opposition has been protesting in the Assembly for the past three days over the Sabarimala gold theft issue.
