Kollam BJP leader Raji Prasad responds to alliance allegations by claiming CPM’s Chintha Jerome and Congress’s Bindu Krishna will join BJP.

Kollam: BJP Kollam district office-bearer Raji Prasad stated that Congress leader Bindhu Krishna and CPM leader Chintha Jerome should join the BJP by 2030. Her remark was made during a debate titled ‘Deshapporu’, hosted by the Kollam Press Club as part of the local body election discussions.
During the debate, Bindhu Krishna alleged that there was a CPM-BJP alliance, while Chintha Jerome claimed that there was a Congress-BJP alliance. Raji Prasad’s comments were made in response to these accusations.
Local body elections in the state will take place in two phases, on December 9 and 11.
Polling in Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, Pathanamthitta, Kottayam, Alappuzha, Idukki and Ernakulam districts will be held on December 9.
Voters in Thrissur, Palakkad, Malappuram, Wayanad, Kozhikode, Kannur and Kasaragod districts will cast their votes on December 11.
Counting of votes will begin on December 13, and the full election process is set to conclude by December 18.
