Posters appear in Kollam demanding ouster of Bindu Krishna from DCC president post

Kollam: Soon after Congress faced debacle in Kollam in the local body election, some posters appeared here against Kollam DCC president Bindu Krishna. The posters appeared in front of the DCC office and the office of RSP, a UDF ally.

Posters with captions like ‘Save Congress by ousting payment queen Bindu Krishna from DCC president post’ and ‘BJP agent Bindu Krishna is enemy of Congress’ appeared in the name of Save Congress, Kollam. As per reports, the posters were pasted by a group of Congress workers.

Congress was defeated in the local body polls to the corporation and district panchayat. Soon after this, Youth Congress and others demanded change in leadership. According to reports, the internal issues in the I group of Congress in Kollam led to the poster war.
