Kochi: A young woman’s allegation of sexual abuse against a tattoo artist of Kochi triggered a series of similar accusations by other girls who had visited the studio.
The girls claim that the tattoo artist Sujeesh at Inkfected studio misbehaved and groped them. Though the girls raised charges of sexual harassment on social media, the Kochi city police commissioner CH Nagaraju informed that no one had lodged an official complaint against the tattoo artist.

The first allegation surfaced through an anonymous post on a discussion website, Reddit, in which the girl narrated how she was abused by the artist inside the studio. Following this, more allegations flooded on Instagram accusing the tattoo artist of rape. City police have initiated an investigation based on the posts shared on social media. When police contacted the woman who raised the allegations, she informed that the decision to file a formal complaint will be made after discussing it with her family.
