Kochi: Actor Dileep's brother Anoop has appeared before crime branch officials for questioning in connection with the actress attack case of 2017. Anoop arrived at Aluva Public Club at 11 am on Tuesday for the interrogation. It is learnt that Dileep's brother-in-law Suraj will be questioned in the afternoon.

The investigation is currently focused on the audio recordings released earlier in connection with the case. Kavya Madhavan came under suspicion after an audio recording between Sooraj and Dileep's friend Sarath mentioned her role in the case. It is suspected that police would likely concentrate on these remarks while questioning.

Further, the investigation team has also found that Sooraj and Anoop were involved in influencing the witness in the case. The investigation team will gather information surrounding this as well.
