Kochi: Two crucial audio clips submitted by the investigation team in the actress assault case to the court have surfaced. The conversations between actor Dileep and his lawyer and another audio clip with the conversations of a doctor with Dileep’s brother-in-law Suraj have come out.

The first audio clip between Dileep and his lawyer Sujesh Menon elucidates that the actor and his lawyers had already seen the visuals of the assault. It is evident that the lawyer is saying, “We have already seen it” to Dileep in the audio excerpt. The investigation team will be accentuating this evidence in the court.

“We have some matters to be informed in the court. All the tactical moves were done for this. With similar strategies we can eventually make them believe,” the audio clip reveals. The lawyer can be heard telling at the end of the audio clip that they have already seen the visuals.

The second sound clip of Suraj proves that Dileep, his relatives and lawyers had attempted to influence the witnesses in the case. The talk between Suraj and doctor Hyderali, a former witness in the case, discloses the former saying to the doctor not to be worried over the statement given to police. Only the statements produced at the court will be taken into account and there is no need to be worried over the details handed over to the police. Dr Hyderali had later turned hostile in the case.

Suraj urged the doctor to inform the court that Dileep was present in the hospital when the actress was being attacked. When the doctor asked him whether there would be any problem later, Suraj assured him that nothing would happen.
