Kochi: Clearing the air on Achu Oommen’s possible candidature in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, KPCC president K Sudhakaran said that “one will have to wait to see how things unfold.” Achu Oommen is the daughter of former CM Oommen Chandy. “There is still a lot of time left before finalising the candidates,” the veteran leader said.    

Commenting on Anil Antony, the veteran leader said that his decision to join BJP is extremely personal. “He has the right to join any party. His father AK Antony is a strong man. He is a Congress stalwart. He is the pride of our party and an inspiration for millions of our workers,” said Sudhakaran.
