He previously suggested possible sabotage, and authorities are expected to continue their inquiry. No official response has been received yet.

New Delhi: Rohit Pawar, MLA from Karjat–Jamkhed and a leader of the Nationalist Congress Party (Sharad Pawar faction), on Saturday said he has written to Union Home Minister Amit Shah seeking a comprehensive and transparent investigation into the January 28 plane crash that claimed the life of Ajit Pawar.
In a post on social media, Rohit Pawar said he has sent a detailed email outlining his concerns, along with a presentation, to the Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Civil Aviation Minister K. Rammohan Naidu, and the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA).
He also shared photographs of the letters and emails sent to the authorities, stating that his demand is not politically motivated but aimed at ensuring that the facts surrounding the crash are established clearly and transparently.
“It is important that the actual sequence of events is placed before the people so that there is no room for speculation or suspicion,” Rohit Pawar said.
Earlier, during a press conference held on February 10, he had claimed that there were reasons to suspect possible sabotage in the tragic air crash and called for a deeper investigation.
There has been no official response yet from the concerned ministries or the DGCA regarding his latest communication. Authorities are expected to continue their inquiry into the circumstances surrounding the January 28 crash.
