Kakinada: An explosion occurred at Jai Balaji Transporters in Kakinada District on Monday morning while workers were unloading a parcel of firecrackers. The blast resulted in injuries to four workers, who were immediately rushed to the Kakinada Government General Hospital for medical treatment.

According to Kakinada District Superintendent of Police (SP) Bindu Madhav, the incident took place when workers were handling firecracker parcels. The cause of the explosion remains under investigation by local authorities.

The injured workers are receiving treatment. Police have initiated a thorough investigation into the circumstances surrounding the explosion to determine its cause.
