Ramgarh (Jharkhand): At least three engineers were killed, and one person was seriously injured after a fire broke out at a power plant in Hehal, Ramgarh, police said.
The incident reportedly occurred following a technical failure at the plant.

"At least four employees received severe burn injuries. Three of them died during treatment in a hospital," Ramgarh Superintendent of Police (SP), Mukesh Kumar Lunayat, told PTI.
He said the exact cause of the fire is being investigated.
A worker blamed the management for the accident, alleging that overheating in an electrical panel caused the safety system to fail.
A worker told IANS, “It is entirely the management’s fault. The panel overheated, and due to the overheating, the safety system failed…”
Barkakana Police Station in-charge Uma Shankar Verma said the deceased have been identified as Sanjeev, Vinit and Abhishek, he said.
Chief Factory Inspector Manish Sinha said, "The fire broke out in the captive power plant of the steel factory Maa Chinnamastika Ispat. A two-member team, comprising a factory inspector and Chotanagpur deputy chief inspector, has been sent to the site for investigation."
Pharma blast in Telangana
Meanwhile, at least two people were killed and nine others sustained severe burn injuries after a suspected reactor explosion at a pharma company in Pochampally mandal of Telangana’s Yadadri-Bhuvanagiri district.
The blast was reported at HAZELO LAB PVT LTD in Dotigudem village. Fire and rescue teams from Choutuppal and nearby areas were immediately deployed following reports of the explosion.
A district fire official said the teams reached the site after receiving an alert from local residents.
According to a Fire official, “Last night around 10:30, we received a call from locals saying that a blast occurred in a pharma company. One fire vehicle from Choutuppal and two from other places reached the spot.”
Officials suspect that a reactor may have exploded at the facility. Firefighters carried out rescue and firefighting operations at the site as authorities began assessing the extent of the damage.
