A young live-in couple found dead in Greater Noida raises chilling questions: was it suicide, or something more? Investigation is ongoing.

Noida: A tragic and puzzling case has emerged from Greater Noida, where a young live-in couple was found dead inside their rented accommodation, prompting a detailed police investigation.
The incident, reported from an area under the Knowledge Park police station limits, came to light on Wednesday night and has raised serious questions about what led to the deaths.
According to police officials, Guddu Paswan alias Golu (27) was found hanging from a ceiling fan, while Jyoti (24) was found lying on the floor in the same room. The couple, both originally from Uttar Pradesh’s Deoria district, had been living together in a rented space.
While initial observations suggest a possible suicide, the exact cause of death, particularly in the woman’s case, remains unclear, making the situation more complex.
Jyoti worked as housekeeping staff at a hospital and Guddu Paswan was reportedly unemployed.
Police teams conducted a detailed on-site inspection soon after the incident was reported. Both bodies have been sent for post-mortem to determine the exact cause and sequence of events.
Family members of the deceased have since arrived at the location.
Officials have maintained a cautious stance, stating, "all aspects of the case are being thoroughly investigated."
