Co-owners Saurabh and Gaurav Luthra are believed to have fled to Thailand, with an Interpol notice issued.

Panaji: Ajay Gupta, one of four owners of the Birch by Romeo Lane nightclub, detained in Delhi, will be transported to Goa on Wednesday for interrogation regarding the fire that killed 25 people at the venue, a senior official stated.
A Look Out Circular had previously been issued for Gupta after the Goa police failed to locate him at his Delhi home. "We later managed to detain him in Delhi," the official said, noting Gupta faces arrest post-formalities for transit to Goa.
"Gupta will be flown to Goa on Wednesday for interrogation," the official added.
Saurabh Luthra and Gaurav Luthra, primary owners of the Arpora nightclub, escaped to Phuket, Thailand, after the December 6 midnight blaze; an Interpol Blue Corner Notice has been issued against them. Police also issued a Look Out Circular against British co-owner Surinder Kumar Khosla.
Authorities have arrested five individuals so far: chief general manager Rajiv Modak, general manager Vivek Singh, bar manager Rajiv Singhania, gate manager Riyanshu Thakur, and employee Bharat Kohli.
Twenty-five persons were killed in the fire at the Birch by Romeo Lane nightclub at Arpora in North Goa around midnight on December 6.
