Rescue efforts are ongoing, with fears that the death toll may increase as two individuals are still unaccounted for.

Jaipur: A massive fire ripped through a chemical manufacturing facility in Rajasthan's industrial hub on Monday, leaving seven workers dead and two others missing and feared trapped.
The blaze broke out in the Khushkhera-Karoli industrial zone of Bhiwadi. Local authorities discovered the emergency during a standard police patrol, triggering an immediate mobilisation of fire and rescue teams.
"Nine people were trapped inside. Seven bodies have been taken out so far," said Sumita Mishra, Additional District Magistrate. She added that emergency personnel are engaged in "frenetic efforts" to locate and reach the two workers who remain unaccounted for within the charred structure.
The cause of the fire is currently under investigation. Industrial accidents in the region are often linked to chemical reactions or short circuits, though officials have not yet released a preliminary finding.
Bhiwadi, located approximately 70 kilometres from New Delhi, is home to a dense concentration of chemical and pharmaceutical plants. Monday’s tragedy is the latest in a series of industrial fires that have raised concerns over safety protocols and exit accessibility in the high-density industrial area.
