
Andhra Pradesh: A major train accident was narrowly avoided on Tuesday when the Secunderabad - Howrah Falaknuma Express split into two parts near Palasa, in Andhra Pradesh's Srikakulam district. No injuries have been reported as a result of the incident.
The train, which was en route from Secunderabad to Howrah, experienced a split unexpectedly while traversing through the region.
Railway officials are investigating the cause of the split, though preliminary reports suggest that technical issues may have played a role.
Authorities have confirmed that all passengers aboard the train remained safe, and no casualties or injuries were reported.
