Bangkok is one of Asia’s most popular cities, known for its lively nightlife, cultural landmarks, shopping, and food scene. With this new route, travelers can now fly directly from Bengaluru, India’s tech hub, to Bangkok without stopovers.

The flight schedule is as follows:

The new route is part of the airline’s ongoing expansion in Southeast Asia. Air India Express already connects Bangkok to Lucknow, Pune, and Surat, and also operates direct flights from Hyderabad to Phuket. With Bengaluru added to the list, travelers now have more options and flexibility when flying between India and Thailand.

At the domestic level too, Bengaluru is Air India Express’s largest hub, with over 440 weekly flights connecting the city to 30 domestic and 4 international destinations.

As part of its fleet modernization, Air India Express has introduced new services and comfort features with Xpress Biz, a Business-class style seating on short-haul flights and Xpress Ahead with priority check-in, boarding, and baggage handling.

With new routes, upgraded aircraft, and innovative passenger services, Air India Express is positioning itself as a strong player in India and Southeast Asia’s aviation market. The launch of the Bengaluru–Bangkok direct service is expected to boost tourism, business travel, and cultural ties between India and Thailand.
