New Delhi: Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) founder Abhijeet Dipke has released a video message celebrating what he described as a historic victory for the country's youth, following the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan and subsequent acceptance of key student demands.

"This Is Only the Beginning"

Posting on X (formerly Twitter), Dipke reflected on the gruelling 37-day protest campaign, noting the physical toll and the recent typhoid diagnosis that kept him from meeting supporters personally at Jantar Mantar. Speaking about the successful culmination of their primary objective, Dipke shared his relief at finally sleeping peacefully without anxiety about the next day's developments.

However, he emphasised that the movement's mission extends far beyond the immediate milestone. Dipke stated in his video message: "This is only the beginning, and we have a long way to go."

Gratitude to Supporters and Critics

In his address, Dipke expressed deep appreciation for the collective resilience of demonstrators nationwide. He stated: "A big big thank you to all. And congratulations to you all for making this movement such a big big success."

He also extended thanks to his critics, noting that their strict scrutiny and probing questions helped the CJP refine its approach, address operational shortcomings, and ultimately deliver on the promises of its inaugural campaign.
