New Delhi: Swami Chaitanyananda Saraswati, also known as Parth Sarthy, the manager of Sri Sharda Institute of Indian Management, has been accused of sexually harassing girl students enrolled in PGDM courses under the EWS scholarship scheme at the institute.

According to police, statements were recorded from 32 female students, out of which 17 alleged that Swami Chaitanyananda used abusive language, sent obscene messages via WhatsApp and SMS, and made unwanted physical contact. Several victims also claimed that some women faculty members and administrators pressured them to comply with the accused’s demands.

A formal complaint was filed on August 4, 2025, at the Vasant Kunj North Police Station, and a case has been registered under relevant sections of the BNS (Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha) law.
