Karnataka: The Karnataka High Court has postponed the bail application hearing of actor Darshan to October 28. The hearing, which took place today, was presided over by a single-judge bench headed by Justice Vishwajit Shetty.
Darshan's advocate, BV Nagesh, argued that the actor, who is suffering from severe back pain, is in urgent need of surgery. He requested that the bail be granted swiftly so that Darshan could proceed with the required medical treatment.
The court was informed that Darshan is already undergoing treatment for his condition, but his surgery needs to be scheduled soon. The judge instructed Darshan's legal team to submit his medical reports immediately to support the plea.
