According to the driver, Goel was physically led into the cab by her brother, Sahil, after initially resisting the journey

Pune: A fresh witness account has emerged in the alleged murder of Pune realtor Ketan Agarwal, with the cab driver who ferried the group claiming that accused Siya Goyal was reluctant to travel to Bali and initially refused to get into the vehicle before being persuaded by her brother.
According to the driver, Goyal was physically led into the cab by her brother, Sahil, after initially resisting the journey. He also alleged that an argument broke out between Siya and Sahil during the drive from Pune to Mumbai.

The driver's statement comes as Pune Rural Police on Sunday took Goyal to Lohagad Fort to reconstruct the crime scene as part of their investigation into Agarwal's death.
Police used a dummy to recreate the events of June 18, when Agarwal, 25, was allegedly pushed off the fort by Goyal and her alleged lover, Chetan Chaudhary.
"A crime scene recreation was conducted this morning. The accused was taken to the actual spot where the incident took place," a senior Pune Rural Police official said.
The official said Goyal was asked to demonstrate how Agarwal was allegedly pushed from the cliff using the dummy. She also showed investigators the route taken to reach the spot where the incident occurred.
Police said Chaudhary will also be taken to Lohagad Fort separately for a similar reconstruction of the alleged crime.
Goyal and Chaudhary were arrested for allegedly conspiring to murder Agarwal, who was Goyal's fiancé, by pushing him off Lohagad Fort in Pune district.
