Spa employee assaulted in Thiruvalla for refusing extortion; three arrested and manhunt for other three on

Pathanamthitta: A spa employee was assaulted for refusing to pay extortion money, with the accused allegedly beating the spa operator and forcibly kissing the female employee. The incident took place in Thiruvalla, Pathanamthitta district, and CCTV visuals of the incident have emerged.
On February 1, the accused arrived at the spa in the afternoon and demanded extortion money. They allegedly sought ₹50,000. When the demand was refused, they locked the door and assaulted the employee.
The attack was allegedly carried out by Subin, a KAPPA Act accused known as ‘Marana Subin’, along with five others who accompanied him. The incident occurred on February 1, and the spa employee lodged a police complaint the same day. Based on the CCTV footage, the police identified the accused. Three people, including Subin, have been arrested, while three others remain absconding.
