The Mammootty-starrer, directed by Khalid Rahman and also featuring Naslen, was set to go into production under the banner of Cubes Entertainments. However, the project has reportedly been dropped. Speculation is now mounting that the production house may be planning another film with Mammootty. According to a Cinema Express report, posts related to the film’s announcement have been removed from all Cubes Entertainments social media handles.

All announcement-related posts connected to Khalid Rahman’s film have been taken down from the banner’s official pages, except for the initial announcement poster. This move has left fans with many unanswered questions.

The much-anticipated collaboration between Mammootty and Khalid Rahman, following their widely discussed film Unda, is therefore apparently on hold for the time being, with further updates awaited.

Meanwhile, Mammootty was recently seen in the menacing role of Stanley Das in Jithin K. Jose’s Kalamkaval, which also starred Vinayakan.
