The much-anticipated wedding song, Varavaayi Kalyanam Varamaanee Kalyanam, from the upcoming film “Swargam”, directed by Regis Antony, has been officially released. With its vibrant and raw village vibes, this song perfectly balances the musical tastes of the older and younger generations. Penned by Santhosh Varma, with music composed by Jinto John and vocals delivered by Haricharan, Sudeep Kumar, and Anna Baby, the song is expected to become a wedding anthem.
“Swargam”, scheduled for an October release, stars Aju Varghese and Johny Antony in lead roles and is produced by Lisy K. Fernandez and team under the CN Global Movies banner. The film marks Regis Antony’s second directorial venture after the artistic and commercial success of “Oru Second Class Yatra”. Manju Pillai and Ananya also play significant roles in this family drama, set in the Christian heartland of Central Travancore, with key shooting locations in Erattupetta and Pala.

Apart from the lead cast, “Swargam” features a stellar supporting ensemble, including Sijoy Varghese, Vineeth Thattil, Sajin Cherukayil, Abhiram Radhakrishnan, Renji Kankol, Unni Raja, Puthillam Bhasi, Manohari Joy, Kudashanadu Kanakam (“Jaya Jaya He” fame), Thushara Pillai, Mary Chechi (“Action Hero Biju” fame), and Manjadi Baby. The movie introduces fresh faces such as Soorya, Sreeram, Devanjana, Sujesh Unnithan, Ritika Rose Regis, Riya Don Max, and Cinderella Don Max.
The film’s cinematography is helmed by S. Saravanan, while the soundtrack features the lyrical contributions of B.K. Harinarayanan, Santhosh Varma, and Baby John Kalayanthani. In an exciting first, Baby John Kalayanthani, known for his renowned Christian devotional songs, makes his debut in film songwriting. Compositions are delivered by Bijipal, Jinto John, and Lisy K. Fernandez.
Stills are captured by Jijesh Wadi, with design work by Jison Paul. IT support and social media is managed by Abhilash Thomas, and behind-the-scenes work is handled by Justin George.
