Actor-director Vineeth Sreenivasan said that he had the opportunity to work with actor Vijay in the upcoming movie 'Greatest of All Time' but unfortunately could not take it up.

Vineeth revealed this in an interview to a Tamil YouTube channel ahead of the release of his next film 'Varshangalkku Shesham' that he had shown nil interest in working in Tamil and had turned down numerous opportunities.

“If you go to another industry and work with them, you can learn a lot. It would be a good experience if a director wanted me to work with him. It seems that it would be better to work in another language. Last year, there was an opportunity in Tamil. However, I couldn’t be part of it. It was not intentional,” he said.

“Sir Venkat Prabhu contacted me to discuss the filming of actor Vijay's upcoming movie 'Greatest of All Time'. However, I informed him that the shooting of my film is also scheduled to start in October. Venkat Prabhu is my favourite director. I wanted to be part of his film. Unfortunately, I couldn’t,” he revealed.

Vineeth Sreenivasan's 'Varshangalkku Shesham', starring Pranav Mohanlal in the lead role is slated for release on April 11. The movie is the second collaboration between Pranav and Vineeth following the success of their previous film 'Hridayam'.
