Thiruvananthapuram: Actor and director Prathap Pothen has expressed hope that Shashi Tharoor can lead the Congress to victory. He noted that Tharoor will be the best Kerala Chief Minister the state has ever seen.

He shared his thought on the Congress leader through his Facebook page.

Pothen made the statement at a time when the Congress followers are demanding for a change in the leadership following the party’s debacle in the LSG polls.

“I think and feel Sashi Tharoor can lead the Congress to victory ...And become the the best CM Kerala has ever seen # Sashi Tharoor for CM of Kerala,” wrote Prathap Pothen on his Facebook page.
