The meeting between director Prashanth Neel and actor Ajith Kumar sent shockwaves through the South Indian film industry, sparking a flurry of rumours. Now, recent reports suggest that the duo is set to collaborate not just once but twice. Both films will be set in the KGF universe.

Their first collaboration, titled 'Stand Alone'. Additionally, 'AK 64' is slated to be a film helmed by Neel, while 'AK 65' is rumoured to be starring Yash within the KGF universe, potentially hinting at connections to the highly anticipated 'KGF 3'.

Sources indicate that Prashant Neel has requested Ajith Kumar's commitment for a span of three years. Both projects will be produced by Hombale Films.

Currently, Prashant Neel is occupied with 'Salar 2' and a film featuring Junior NTR. Ajith Kumar, on the other hand, is preparing for 'Vidaamuyarchi' and 'Good Bad Ugly'.

The original 'KGF', directed by Prashant Neel, starred Srinidhi Shetty, Achyuth Kumar, Malavika Avinash, Anant Nag, and Vasishta N Sinha. The film was produced by Hombale Films and garnered wide acclaim, setting high expectations for its sequels and spin-offs.
